Founded in South London in 1990, Value I Property began as a painting and decorating business built on one simple principle: treat every home with care and respect. Over the years, that commitment earned us a strong reputation for quality workmanship and trust.

As the business grew, so did our expertise. After relocating to Bristol, we expanded into plumbing in 2013 and carpentry in 2019, responding directly to our customers’ needs. Today, we offer a complete property care service—combining decorating, plumbing, carpentry, electrics, and bathroom installations under one trusted name.

Can I choose Value I Property to install a bathroom I’ve purchased separately?

Yes. We can install and carry out work on bathrooms you have sourced independently. With many years of experience in bathroom installations, you can trust our team to complete the work to a high professional standard.

Can I use my bathroom during the installation?

No, the bathroom cannot be used during installation. This is because existing fixtures such as the bath, toilet, sink, and shower are usually removed at the start of the project. We do, however, try to accommodate where possible.

Do you need a plumber to fit a bathroom?

Depending on the scope of work, several trades may be involved. A plumber is required for pipework and plumbing connections, and a qualified electrician is needed for lighting, extractor fans, or electric showers. You may also require tilers, decorators, or plasterers. As a multi-trade provider, Value I Property can manage all aspects of your bathroom installation.

How long does a bathroom installation take?

The duration depends on the scope of the project. Simple replacements may take a few days, while full renovations involving pipework, tiling, flooring, and plastering can take up to a few weeks. In many cases, we can complete a full bathroom installation in under three weeks.

How much does a bathroom renovation cost?

Bathroom renovation costs vary depending on the size of the project, materials chosen, and the level of work required. Costs may increase if pipework needs to be moved or replaced. For an accurate estimate, we recommend contacting our team for a detailed quote.

What is the difference between a plumber and a bathroom fitter?

A plumber manages pipework, plumbing systems, and water connections, while a bathroom fitter focuses on installing bathroom furniture and fixtures. For most bathroom projects, both roles are required. As a multi-trade company, Value I Property provides both services under one roof.

What type of warranty or guarantee do you offer?

All our workmanship is guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. Where applicable, fixtures, fittings, and materials are also covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

Do you offer emergency plumbing services?

Yes. We provide 24/7 emergency plumbing services across Bristol and Bath, including burst pipes, leaks, blockages, and urgent repairs. We aim to respond within one hour for emergencies.

Are there any call-out charges?

No. We do not charge call-out fees, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays. Our pricing is transparent, with no hidden or unexpected costs.

How quickly can you attend an emergency?

For urgent callouts, we aim to be at your property within one hour, depending on location and availability.

Do you provide guarantees on repairs and installations?

Yes. All plumbing repairs, installations, bathroom fitting, carpentry, and electrical work are covered by our 12-month workmanship guarantee for your peace of mind.
